Aleve Caplets Pain Reliever, 24 Count (Case of 3) provides long-lasting relief from pain and inflammation.  Each caplet contains 220mg of Naproxen Sodium, a trusted nonsteroidal anti-inflammatory drug (NSAID) that provides up to 12 hours of continuous pain relief.
