Containing naproxen sodium, an NSAID pain reliever, these caplets offer convenient over-the-counter pain relief in an easy-to-take format. Aleve provides up to 12 hours of continuous relief, allowing you to remain active and comfortable throughout the day. Each caplet contains 220 mg of naproxen sodium, a proven nonsteroidal anti-inflammatory drug (NSAID) that helps reduce inflammation, relieve pain, and lower fever.

Aleve works at the site of pain by decreasing the hormones that cause inflammation, providing effective relief for headaches, muscle aches, back pain, menstrual cramps, toothaches, minor arthritis, and joint pain. 

Take 1 caplet every 8 to 12 hours as needed. Do not exceed 2 caplets in any 8 to 12-hour period or 3 caplets in 24 hours unless directed by a doctor.
